About Us
Eliza Choi
Eliza Choi began playing cello at age 9, and has since been extremely dedicated to the instrument. She has participated in the Greater Connecticut Youth Orchestra for 6 years, has played in the Connecticut Western Region Music Festival for multiple years, and plays in her school's prodigious chamber and pit orchestras. In addition, she studies under the tutelage of Gjorgj Kroqi, and teaches private cello lessons to local students. She is also an All-State cellist and the founder of the Choi Initiative for Music Education.

Jasper Gallas
Jasper Gallas is an 18-year-old cellist who has studied with Sarah Shreder for seven years. A senior at Fairfield Warde High School, he serves as principal cellist of the Philharmonic and Chamber Orchestras and is a member of their music honors society. He has performed with the Greater Connecticut Youth Orchestras since 2019 at the highest level as principal cellist and has participated in regional and summer programs. He has participated with the Shelton Center Stage Theatre performing The Last Five Years and is currently a finalist in the GCTYO Concerto Competition.
