This ensures the reservation of the date and allows us to prepare a personalized performance tailored to your event. The remaining balance is due no later than seven days before the event. We accept checks, cash, bank transfer, and Venmo/Zelle. In case of cancellation by the client, down payments are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the event date. For cancellations made within 14 days, down payments are non-refundable due to the preparation and scheduling commitments involved. Duet in C strives for clear communication and flexibility, so if unforeseen circumstances arise on our end leading to cancellation, clients will receive a full refund promptly. This payment structure reflects our commitment to delivering harmonious elegance with professional reliability.

We are also able to wear wedding attire (colored formal wear) if you'd like. If you have specific wardrobe requests, please let us know in advance.

A: No, there are no hidden costs associated with booking Duet in C. All fees and charges will be clearly outlined during the booking process, ensuring transparency and peace of mind for our clients.
A: No, the set up and pack up time is not included in the booking time. Duet in C ensures that all necessary preparations and post-performance activities are accounted for quickly and efficiently, providing a seamless and stress-free experience for your event. Our booking time covers only performance and short breaks in between sets.
A: Yes, Duet in C can attend wedding/event rehearsals upon request. Although not necessary, this allows us to become especially familiar with the venue and coordinate with other participants to ensure a flawless performance on the day of the occasion. Our standard fee applies to all rehearsals. Please discuss this option during the booking process.
